RN/ Registered Nurse Requirements:

Currently holds an active RN license to work in New York.
CPR Certified (BLS or ALS accepted)

Position Summary The Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) works closely with the Director of Nursing (DON) and facility leadership to oversee nursing services, ensure high-quality care delivery, support survey readiness, and strengthen clinical systems.
