We are seeking a dedicated LPN to provide private duty, one-on-one care for a wonderful 12-year-old female in the Uniontown area. This is a rewarding opportunity to work in a supportive environment.

Schedule:

Monday-Friday: 1:45 PM - 9:00 PM

What You’ll Do as an LPN:

Assist client with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and eating per individualized care plans
Perform medication administration

Current RN or LPN license in the state of Pennsylvania
CPR certification (preferred)

Ability to chart electronically (Statewise) and complete documentation accurately
