Qualified Candidates:

Join a team of three other APPs
Ideal candidate will have cardiology experience-heart failure specifically would be ideal
Support physician in the inpatient care units
Will conduct post-hospital visits, specific to heart failure, and post clinic visits.
Masters of Science in Nursing required, ability to obtain Missouri licensure
