A position is available for a Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) or Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) to provide dedicated support to a medically complex 7th-grade student in a middle school setting. This contract role is based in Nashua, NH, with a schedule from 7:45 AM to 2:30 PM, Monday through Friday, during the current school year.

Responsibilities:

Provide one-on-one nursing care and support to the student throughout the school day
Monitor and assist with the students medical needs and treatments as required
Collaborate closely with school staff and healthcare professionals to ensure a safe and supportive learning environment
Maintain clear and accurate documentation of care and observations
Respond promptly to any changes in the student's condition

Desired Qualifications:

Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) or Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) certification
Experience working with medically complex pediatric patients, preferably within a school setting
Strong observation and communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage health care needs discreetly and professionally
Comfortable working one-on-one with a student over extended time periods
