Your Role as a Restorative CNA:

  • Assist residents with restorative programs designed to maintain or improve mobility, strength, and independence
  • Support residents with ambulation, range-of-motion exercises, transfers, positioning, and activities of daily living per care plans
  • Provide compassionate, patient-centered care while promoting dignity and independence
  • Monitor residents’ progress and report changes to the nursing and therapy teams
  • Ensure residents’ comfort, safety, and well-being in accordance with long-term care and restorative care standards
  • Treat residents and their property with dignity and respect at all times
  • Maintain reliable transportation and punctuality for assigned shifts
  • Perform other duties as assigned in a team-oriented, resident-focused environment

Who We’re Looking For:

  • Current Illinois CNA certification
  • Restorative CNA experience or training preferred (or willingness to be trained)
  • A caring, reliable team player with strong communication skills
  • Passionate about helping residents maintain independence and quality of life
  • Graduate of an accredited CNA program
