Shifts Available

Responsibilities (Caregiver + Team Lead)

  • Provide companionship and support with daily routines

  • Assist with personal care (bathing, dressing, hygiene)

  • Must be technology proficient

  • Meal prep and light housekeeping

  • Mobility assistance and safety monitoring

  • Complete daily documentation/notes in the system

  • Support the team by helping cover urgent call-offs/no-shows when needed

  • Respond professionally to calls/texts/messages during assigned Team Lead coverage hours

  • Assist with schedule updates and communicate changes to the care team

  • Report care concerns, documentation issues, or urgent client/caregiver needs to leadership promptly

  • Participate in new client/new caregiver first shifts or shadow visits when assigned

Requirements

  • 18+ years old

  • 2+ year caregiving experience preferred (personal or professional)

  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

  • Ability to pass a background check
