Aspire Senior Living of New Florence is a leading long-term care facility dedicated to providing compassionate and quality care to our residents. We are looking for dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) to join our team and support our mission to deliver the best possible care to those in need.

The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) will provide direct care to residents, assisting with daily living activities, maintaining a clean and safe environment, and ensuring each resident’s comfort and dignity. This role requires compassion, patience, and a commitment to high-quality care.


Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, and mobility.

  • Take and record vital signs, report changes in residents' conditions to nursing staff.

  • Provide comfort and emotional support to residents, ensuring their well-being and respect for dignity.

  • Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly environment; adhere to infection control policies.

  • Accurately record and report care activities in compliance with facility standards.


Qualifications:

  • Must be a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) with a valid license in Missouri.

  • Previous experience in a long-term care facility or similar environment is preferred.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, attention to detail, ability to work well in a team.

  • Ability to lift/move residents as needed, stand/walk for extended periods.
