Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to join our team at Heritage Pointe Rehabilitation and Nursing Center, a leading provider of short-term and long-term skilled rehabilitation services. As a RN Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the care of our patients, leading a team of dedicated nursing professionals, and maintaining the highest standards of quality care.

Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care, including administration of medications, wound care, and vital signs monitoring
Supervise and lead a team of nursing staff, ensuring that patient care is delivered in accordance with established practices and policies
Coordinate patient care activities, including medication administration, treatments, and therapies
Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary care team
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures
Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care, treatment plans, and medication administration
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes

Requirements

Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Pennsylvania
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively supervise and lead a team of nursing professionals
Ability to work varying shifts, including evenings, and be on-call as needed
