Position Overview

Allure of Zion is seeking a reliable and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide hands-on nursing care in our skilled nursing facility. The LPN works collaboratively with RNs, CNAs, and the interdisciplinary team to deliver safe, effective, and resident-centered care.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide nursing care in accordance with physician orders and individualized care plans

  • Observe, assess, and report changes in resident condition to the RN or provider

  • Administer medications and treatments within scope of practice

  • Support and supervise CNAs to ensure high-quality resident care

  • Document care and observations accurately and timely in the EMR

  • Assist with admissions, discharges, and daily clinical workflows

  • Follow infection control, safety, and fall prevention protocols

  • Promote dignity, comfort, and trauma-informed care for all residents


Qualifications

  • Active Illinois LPN license

  • CPR certification

  • Long-term care experience preferred
    (New LTC LPNs encouraged to apply)
