Pay: $85,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year

Registered Nurse-RN Unit Manager Schedule & Benefits:
Schedule: Full-time, dayshift, weekends as needed, On-call rotation

Registered Nurse-RN Unit Manager Qualifications & Responsibilities:
Associates or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
Current, Unencumbered New Jersey Registered Nurse License
Licensed Practical Nurse-LPN may be considered
Minimum of 1 years’ experience in a supervisory role in a long-term care setting is preferred
Supervise the nursing staff on assigned shift by monitoring the distribution of medications, blood draws, and other elements of patient care
Conduct nursing rounds on all units’ multiple times throughout the shift
Provide education, as needed, to staff, residents and resident family members
Assess the unique needs of each patient to determine appropriate treatment plans
Assists in the development of written preliminary and comprehensive assessments of the nursing needs of each resident
Track treatments and patient progress according to HIPAA guidelines
Computer knowledge and experience using Point Click Care (PCC)
Coordinate with supervising physicians to ensure a smooth recovery process for residents
Ensure staff are performing all duties in accordance with local, state, and federal guidelines
Other duties as assigned by Assistant Director of Nursing, Director of Nursing or Administrator
