As an integral part of our team, you will be responsible for:

· Providing ongoing professional development services for staff members.

· Conducting comprehensive new employee orientation and coordinating competency completion.

· Delivering annual mandatory and continuous education for staff, adhering to state and federal regulations and company policies.

· Teaching in-house courses such as the CNA training program and special care unit training.

· Coordinating the employee health program, including immunizations, flu shots, and physical exams.

· Monitoring and ensuring current licensure and certifications of facility staff.

Requirements for RN Staff Development Coordinator

· An Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing

· Minimum of one year experience in healthcare, long-term care
