We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to join our team for the 3-11 shift. This leadership role is essential in ensuring high-quality care, smooth operations, and a supportive environment for both residents and staff during evening hours.

**Monday-Friday schedule! No weekends! 

What You’ll Do

  • Provide clinical supervision and guidance to nursing staff on the 3-11 shift.

  • Ensure resident care is delivered in accordance with established policies, standards, and regulatory requirements.

  • Oversee staffing assignments, monitor workflow, and provide support where needed.

  • Address resident or family concerns promptly and professionally.

  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure continuity of care.

  • Document and communicate shift reports to maintain accurate resident records and ensure smooth transitions between shifts.

  • Serve as a role model and resource for nursing staff, promoting teamwork and a positive work culture.

 

What We’re Looking For

  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Pennsylvania.

  • Previous supervisory or charge nurse experience preferred (especially in long-term care/rehab settings).

  • Strong clinical and leadership skills with the ability to make decisions confidently.

  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities.

  • Compassionate, patient-focused, and committed to delivering quality care.
