CNA Requirements:

  • Certified Nursing Assistant Certification (per state requirements)
  • Ability to work every other weekend
  • Compliance with the state's Health Care Worker Background Check requirements
  • Proficiency in performing technical skills required of a nursing assistant
  • Positive and compassionate attitude toward residents and visitors
  • Energetic, professional, and reliable work ethic
