Seagate Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is seeking a dedicated and experienced Weekend RN Supervisor to join our leadership team. If you're passionate about delivering quality care and want to make an impact in a supportive, professional environment, we’d love to meet you!

Responsibilities:

Oversee and supervise nursing staff during weekend 12-hour shifts
Ensure quality care and compliance with policies and state regulations
Perform rounds to assess resident care and address any clinical concerns
Lead and support the nursing team, resolving any staffing or care issues
Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth facility operations

Requirements:

Current RN license in New York State
Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in a healthcare or long-term care setting
Experience in rehabilitative and restorative nursing practices preferred
Strong clinical judgment, leadership, and communication skills
