Qualifications

To be considered, candidates must have:

An active, unencumbered Illinois LPN license
CPR certification
A minimum of two (2) years of LPN experience in a skilled nursing setting

Preferred qualifications include prior unit or department leadership experience and five (5) years of LPN experience in skilled nursing.
