We proudly serve clients in: Rancho Bernardo, Poway, Scripps Ranch, Mira Mesa, Miramar, Kearny Mesa, Tierrasanta and Mission Valley.

SYNERGY HomeCare offers:

Starting compensation $18.00 - $21.00 per hour (determined by qualifications)
Direct deposit
Paid orientation training
Time-and-a-half pay for overtime and holidays
Flexible / Part-time schedules, and matching caregivers with nearby clients
Caregiver recognition programs

As a Caregiver with SYNERGY HomeCare, you will:

Provide attention to clients’ non-medical needs, including companionship, social engagement and personal care
Assist client with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders
Actively communicate and maintain a professional relationship with clients, family members, and co-workers
Provide reliable care by being punctual and dependable
