Schedule: Full-Time, Night Shift & Day Shift

What You’ll Do

  • Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to residents in our skilled nursing facility
  • Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately within your scope of practice
  • Monitor residents’ health and report changes to the Director of Nursing
  • Document all nursing care and ensure records are accurate and up to date
  • Work cooperatively with CNAs and healthcare team members to deliver excellent care
  • Promote resident independence and uphold dignity and respect at all times
  • Respond to emergencies calmly and effectively

What We’re Looking For

  • Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the State of Illinois
  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program
  • Dependable, professional, and compassionate team player
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
