Requirements for Charge Nurse LPN/RN:

  • LPN or RN license 

  • 1 year experience required 

  • Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language

  • Willingness to participate in in-service training upon request

Responsibilities for Charge Nurse LPN/RN:

  • Administer medications accurately and promptly, following physician's orders.
