Pay: $20–$23/hour | 12-hour shifts

Avantara Groton is currently hiring Resident Concierge CNAs to join our dedicated care team. This role is designed to support rural healthcare, promote lower staffing ratios, and improve the overall experience for both residents and caregivers.

The Resident Concierge CNA role offers higher pay, smaller assignments, and expanded training across direct care, housekeeping, and dining services. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys variety in their day, teamwork, and building meaningful relationships with residents.

  • Unencumbered South Dakota CNA certification
