The afterhours RN supports our family’s needs after hours.  After hours is qualified as after 5PM and weekends. The professional nurse is accountable to the Director of Patient Care Services for implementing the patient plan of care and communicating each patient needs to the Interdisciplinary team. Admissions Registered Nurse participates in the information gathering, analysis, education, and form completion aspects of the admissions process 2.
