BASIC JOB DUTIES CONSIST OF A CHARGE NURSE  POSITION, WORKING WITH ASSIGNED STAFF ,MONITORING PATIENT CARE, COMMUNICATION WITH VARIOUS PHYSICIANS, FAMILY MEMBERS, OTHER STAFF MAMBERS, AND DOCUMENTATION OF CHANGES IN CONDITION,PHYSICIAN ORDERS,HELPING SET UP DOCTOR APPOINTMENTS,SERVICES NEEDED BY RESIDENTS.
