Position Overview
- Schedule: Full-time, 0.9 FTE
- Shift: Night shift (three 12‑hour shifts each week, 18:30–07:00)
- Unit: 32‑bed inpatient unit caring for postoperative patients
- Salary Range: $52.22 – $77.59 per hour Actual hiring rate depends on collective bargaining agreement terms.

As a Registered Nurse on the Surgical 7 team, you will:
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care needs
- Document patient care according to established standards
- Direct and delegate care to other team members based on competence and credentials
- Maintain and expand your professional effectiveness through education and development
- Participate in safety, quality improvement, and hospital initiatives
- Support a collaborative, interdisciplinary care model
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- Ability to pass an EKG proficiency test
- BSN preferred
- Specialty certification preferred
- Experienced RN or recent graduate RN
- New graduates (fewer than 12 months experience) will participate in PeaceHealth’s Nurse Residency Program
- Current Washington/Multi-state RN license
- Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers
