Qualifications

Requirements:

Diploma from an RN program.
Current licensure in good standing to practice as a Registered Nurse in primary state. Must apply within 90 days for licensure in secondary state.
Must possess and maintain current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Work may occasionally require travel to other UPH facilities.

The unit is equipped with advanced imaging and monitoring technology and is staffed by skilled physicians, nurses, and technicians dedicated to ensuring patient safety, comfort, and high-quality outcomes. In addition to scheduled procedures, the team manages urgent cases—including food bolus removals and other emergent interventions—performed in the Endoscopy suite, OR, or ICU as needed.
