Position Type: Part-Time Available Shifts: Days, 6:00am to 2:00pm Nights,10:00pm to 6:00am New Wage Range: $19 - $21.20 / hour without NAR Certification $20 - $23.56 / hour with NAR Certification Shift Differential: Evening $1.00 / hour Nights $2.00 / hour Location: 710 S Kenwood Ave, Moose Lake, MN Caregiver Responsibilities: Help each resident reach and maintain the highest level of performance and independence while assisting them with personal care and daily living activities. Assist the resident with personal care which may include the following: shampooing of hair, assist with showering/ bathing, fingernail and foot care, and medication administration. Wash resident clothing, make beds, and clean the general environment. Document services performed on computerized charting system. Perform delegated nursing or therapy procedures. Observe resident and report any changes in physical and emotional condition to the supervisor. Assist with body positioning, transfers, therapeutic exercises, active or passive range of motion. Complete other duties as assigned. Caregiver Qualifications: Home Health Aide (HHA) or Personal Care Assistant (PCA) experience preferred, but not required. We will train you for this position! Bonus points for (CNA) certification! Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently. Comfortable standing and walking most of the time. Must be 18 years or older. Use your skills to make an impact Required Qualifications Current State License as a Certified Nursing Assistant or Home Health Aide certificate completion of 75 hours CPR certification This role is considered patient facing and is part of Humana's Tuberculosis (TB) screening program. If selected for this role, you will be required to be screened for TB. This role is part of Humana's Driver safety program and, therefore requires an individual to have a valid state driver's license and proof of personal vehicle liability insurance with at least 100,000/300,000/100,000 limits.
