Responsibilities

Molokai General Hospital is seeking a Full‑Time Outpatient Oncology RN / Case Manager to join our Paul G. Stevens, M.D. Outpatient Clinic. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Providing direct patient care in an outpatient oncology setting

  • Administering chemotherapy, biotherapy, immunotherapy, and other infusion treatments (training available for qualified candidates)

  • Delivering patient and family education regarding treatment plans and symptom management

  • Participating in case management, including care coordination and patient follow‑up

  • Supporting program development, performance improvement, and cost‑effective clinic operations

  • Engaging in community networking and interdisciplinary collaboration

  • Maintaining accurate clinical documentation and ensuring compliance with hospital and regulatory standards

Minimum Qualifications

A. Education / Certification / Licensure

  • Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing; BSN preferred

  • Hawai‘i State RN license

  • BLS/HCP certification required

  • ACLS certification required within six (6) months of hire

B. Experience

  • Oncology or infusion experience preferred

  • Will consider a strong RN candidate who is willing to be trained in oncology/infusion

  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English effectively

  • One (1) year of clinical nursing experience preferred

  • Ability to maintain clear and concise records

  • Experience with data collection and entry

  • Ability to establish and sustain positive, professional relationships
