  • Unit: 5 OR suites
  • Other: Da Vinci robotics for OB/GYN and Urology surgeries

Position Details:

  • Provides professional nursing direct patient care in compliance with professional practice and unit standards. Promotes a collaborative, interdisciplinary approach towards patients, families and all members of the care delivery team.

Qualifications

Education

  • Accredited School of Nursing Required
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred.

Experience

  • A minimum of 1 year RN experience.
  • Requires OR nursing experience or may consider related perioperative/procedural experience.

Credentials

  • Required upon hire: WA State Registered Nurse License
  • Required Upon Hire: Healthcare Provider Basic Life Support Certification through American Heart Association or American Red Cross
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Certification required within 6 months of hire.

Skills

  • Demonstrated knowledge of and ability to apply age specific principles of growth and development and life stages to meet each patient’s needs. (Required)
