Baptist Health is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Emergency Department team at Baptist Medical Center Clay. This is a full-time, evening shift opportunity with a 36-hour per week commitment, working 11:00 AM – 11:00 PM. As a Registered Nurse in the Emergency Department, you will:

Provide safe, compassionate, and evidence-based nursing care to patients with a wide range of medical, surgical, and emergent conditions
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans
Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatments, and plans of care
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated, high-quality care
Coordinate services provided by ancillary departments to support optimal patient outcomes
Serve as a patient advocate, promoting patient safety, dignity, and satisfaction
Uphold and embody the mission, vision, and values of Baptist Health
Participate in staff meetings, unit-based initiatives, and continuous quality improvement activities
