CareCore at Mary Scott is seeking an experienced and dedicated RN to join our leadership team as Assistant Director of Nursing at our Dayton Long Term Care facility. This is a full-time, salaried opportunity offering the chance to make a meaningful impact in the lives of our residents while supporting clinical operations and staff development.

Responsibilities include:

  • Assisting the Director of Nursing in planning, organizing, and directing nursing services

  • Supporting clinical staff, including supervision, mentorship, and evaluations

  • Participating in the development and oversight of care plans and quality assurance initiatives

  • Ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of nursing leadership experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred
