Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting

  • Provide help with household tasks such as meal preparation, light cleaning, and laundry

  • Support client safety and comfort, including safe use of mobility and medical equipment

  • Accurately document all services provided daily per agency policy

  • Report any changes in client condition or incidents promptly to the RN Supervisor

  • Maintain professionalism, reliability, and client confidentiality

  • Promote a positive, caring, and respectful environment for clients and families

Qualifications:

  • New York State Certified PCA or HHA, or willingness to complete free training

  • Caring, patient, and dependable attitude

  • Ability to follow care plans and work independently

  • Must meet health and background check requirements
