Responsibilities for Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs):

Assist residents with daily activities including bathing, dressing, and grooming
Monitor and report changes in residents’ health and emotional status
Record accurate measurements such as vital signs and intake/output
Support a clean, safe, and comfortable environment
Collaborate with nurses and other care team members to ensure quality care

Qualifications for Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs):

Current New Jersey CNA certification
Compassionate and resident-focused mindset
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Prior nursing home experience preferred, but not required
