About the LPN Transition and Training Program: Baptist Health is offering new graduates an 11-week transition and training program. 

Starting February 16th  Participants will learn from the best healthcare leaders in Northeast Florida!

 

Weeks 1-3, Monday-Friday

  • Medication Administration Safety Training
  • Bedside Skills Training

Weeks 4-11
