Up to $3.50 Shift Diff

$3,000 Sign-on Bonus for PT after 90 days

$6,000 Sign-on Bonus for FT after 90 days

$35-$45 an hour (depending on years of experience, shift differentials, and benefit status)

Responsibilities of LPN:

  • Provide patient care in accordance with acceptable standards of nursing practice and the written plan of care, as well as physician’s plan of treatment 

  • Follow a plan of care designed by Nurse Manager 

  • Perform medication administration and treatments per plan of care (POC) 

  • Monitor residents’ conditions and report accordingly 

  • Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with orders provided 

 

 

Qualifications of LPN:

  • A current, unencumbered active license to practice as an LPN in the state of Massachusetts or multi-state

  • Ability to work with multiple patients at once 

  • Valid BLS Certification (CPR)
