Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and caring Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) to join our team in Somerset County, New Jersey. As a CHHA, you will provide exceptional care and support to our patients in their homes, ensuring they receive the highest level of care and compassion. This is a part-time and full-time opportunity, with flexible scheduling available including evenings, overnights, and weekends.

Responsibilities:

• Provide personalized care and support to patients in their homes, including assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Assist with medication administration, wound care, and other medical treatments as needed
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and progress
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination
• Demonstrate empathy, compassion, and respect for patients and their loved ones

Requirements:

• Must be a certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) with at least 1 year of experience
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Ability to work flexible schedule, including evenings, overnights, and weekends
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lift 25 pounds and stand for long periods
