Responsibilities

The CNA provides direct resident care and report condition changes to RN or LPN while also charting in POC system.
The CNA demonstrates time management and prioritization of tasks.

Qualifications

Must be in good standing on the State Nursing Assistant registry or appropriate entity
Must have good communication skills
Must be able to read, write and communicate in English

Job Description Pay starts at $19.50 Take and record vital signs. Measure and record height, weight, and fluid intake/output. Recognize abnormal changes in body functioning and importance of reporting such changes to a supervisor. Assist as needed with medication reminders, bathing, grooming, dressing, escort service, and other activities of daily living. Provide compassionate care for residents with dementia. Transfer, position, and turn residents. Provide skin care to residents. Contribute to the resident’s assessment and the plan of care. Provide nursing rehabilitation/restorative nursing services.
