As a C.N.A. Supervisor you are the front line of the Clinical Department. Your work will ensure our residents receive the high standard of care they have grown to expect at Avantara Evergreen Park by providing general supervision of C.N.A.’s, conducting performance evaluations, providing education to C.N.A.’s as needed, performing Activities of Daily Living, observing changes in condition, ensuring a safe environment, and maintaining education.
