Required:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Graduate from an accredited school of practical nursing OR completion of a U.S. Armed Forces Practical Nursing Program. .
Current State of Michigan Practical Nurse license.
BLS certification as Healthcare Provider or equivalent through the Military Training Network (MTN).
