Position: System Float Registered Nurse - Medical-Surgical/Advanced Care
Facility: Premier System Wide - Northern or Southern Region
Department: Premier Nursing Staffing Pool
Shift: Full Time 7a-7:30p/ 72 Hours Per Pay
The Clinical Nurse is a registered nurse (RN) who partners with and advocates for patients/families/significant others to provide physical, emotional, and spiritual support which impacts patient outcomes in a safe environment. The RN functions in a versatile role that demonstrates professionalism and promotes excellence and autonomy in the practice of Nursing. The RN utilizes the nursing process in conjunction with evidence-based principles to care for a diverse caseload of patients within the department scope of service. The RN serves as a guide, healer, collaborator, teacher, leader, and sentry The RN collaborates with the Ohio Nurse Practice Act, Nursing Code of Ethics, and applicable regulatory standards. The Premier System Float Medical-Surgical/Advanced Care - Acuity Specific RN System Regional Float rotates to acuity specific units to subsidize staffing shortages as needed enterprise-wide.

Minimum Level of Education Required: Associate degree

Prior job title or occupational experience: Clinical RN in Advanced Care
Prior specific functional responsibilities: N/A

Other experience requirements: Recent Acuity Specific experience within an acute care setting required
