Patient Care Technician (PCT) Join our healthcare team as a Patient Care Technician (PCT) and play an important role in delivering compassionate, high-quality patient care. In this role, you will work closely with Registered Nurses and clinical staff to support patients and help maintain a safe, supportive care environment. Reporting to the Nurse Manager , the Patient Care Technician assists licensed nursing personnel in providing direct patient care in accordance with hospital policies, nursing standards, and regulatory guidelines .
