Breezy Hills Rehabilitation and Care Center is seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our compassionate team. As an RN, you will play a vital role in supporting the Director and Assistant Director of Nursing in overseeing daily nursing operations and ensuring high-quality resident care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the DON and ADON in evaluating and directing the daily functions of the Nursing Department in compliance with all current regulations and facility policies.

  • Ensure nursing personnel adhere to their job responsibilities and maintain high standards of care.

  • Participate in facility surveys and inspections conducted by authorized government agencies.

  • Conduct daily rounds to monitor nursing staff performance and ensure quality care delivery.

  • Investigate complaints and grievances filed by nursing personnel and report findings to the Director of Nursing Services.

Requirements:

  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) License in the State of Florida (required)

  • Prior experience in a nursing home or long-term care setting is preferred

  • Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
