School-Based Registered Nurse (RN) - Edison, New Jersey

This full-time, contract nursing position is based at a high school in Edison, NJ, providing comprehensive health services to the entire school building. The role is scheduled for 35 hours per week, beginning immediately with an end date of June 26, 2026. The position requires on-site presence and offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic school environment with a full semester commitment.

Key Qualifications:

• Current, active New Jersey school nurse licensure and certifications
• Prior school-based nursing experience is mandatory; experience limited to clinical settings will not be accepted
• Ability to manage a high school caseload independently
• Compliance with fingerprinting requirements for both the agency and the school district
• Up-to-date TB testing and physical examination completed
• Availability for in-person and/or Zoom interviews

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver health services and support to students and staff within the high school setting
• Develop and implement health plans tailored for the school population
• Maintain accurate health records and ensure compliance with state and school policies
• Collaborate with school personnel, families, and healthcare providers
• Respond promptly to student health emergencies and provide necessary care
