What You’ll Do At DBH
- Assess and evaluate nursing/medical needs of patients
- Initiate and direct implementation of the nursing care plan
- Observe, evaluate, and record patient behavior and condition
- Administer medications and treatment as ordered by the physician
- Assist with physical examinations
- Respond to emergency situations
- Directs delivery of and evaluate psychiatric/nursing care of patients delivered by professional and nonprofessional staff
- Prepare, review, implement and update records/reports/plans
- Serve as an interdisciplinary treatment team member
This is an hourly position covered by the Ohio Health Care SEIU/1199 bargaining unit (union), with a pay range of #13 on the Ohio Health Care SEIU/1199 Pay Range Schedule. This position is located at 1756 Sagamore Road, Northfield, Ohio. Shifts are to be Determined.
Unless required by any applicable union contract and/or requirements of the Ohio Revised Code, the selected candidate will begin and remain at Step 1.
Requires current license as registered professional nurse in state of Ohio as issued by Board of Nursing per Section 4723.03 of Revised Code.
