What does the Oncology Clinic Nurse Manager (RN) position do? The Oncology Clinic Nurse Manager (RN) will work in conjunction with, and by the direction of, the Director of Nursing Services and also with the Regional Executive Director, if applicable, to provide nursing support for operations to existing practice locations and newly acquired practices by consulting and advising clinicians on best-practices, implementing of/providing education and training programs, and collaborating on interdisciplinary projects. Staff DevelopmentAssess staffing levels and issues, patient flow, current practices in the clinical setting. Qualifications The ideal candidate will have the following background and experience: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing, BSN or MSN preferred RN state license and current registration with the State Board of Nursing in practicing state.
