Position Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Medication Nursing Assistant (MNA) to safely administer medications and provide high-quality, hands-on care to our residents. The MNA works closely with nursing staff to ensure accurate medication delivery, documentation, and resident safety while supporting daily care needs.

Responsibilities

  • Administer medications in accordance with physician orders, facility policy, and state regulations

  • Accurately document medication administration and report any concerns or adverse reactions

  • Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) as needed

  • Monitor residents’ conditions and promptly communicate changes to nursing staff

  • Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful environment

  • Uphold resident rights, dignity, and confidentiality at all times

Qualifications

  • Current NH MNA license in good standing

  • Previous long-term care experience preferred (new graduates welcome)

  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail

  • Compassionate, reliable, and team-oriented
