Position Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Medication Nursing Assistant (MNA) to safely administer medications and provide high-quality, hands-on care to our residents. The MNA works closely with nursing staff to ensure accurate medication delivery, documentation, and resident safety while supporting daily care needs.

Responsibilities

Administer medications in accordance with physician orders, facility policy, and state regulations
Accurately document medication administration and report any concerns or adverse reactions
Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) as needed
Monitor residents’ conditions and promptly communicate changes to nursing staff
Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful environment
Uphold resident rights, dignity, and confidentiality at all times

Qualifications

Current NH MNA license in good standing
Previous long-term care experience preferred (new graduates welcome)
Strong communication skills and attention to detail
Compassionate, reliable, and team-oriented
