Responsible for oversight of compliance with performance improvement standards associated with regulatory and accrediting bodies.  Incorporates Alliance’s mission in guiding all departments in Measuring Performance through data collection, assessing current performance improvement and development of improvement processes.  Systemically aggregates and analyzes data.  Reviews undesired patterns or trends in performance.  Ensures that analyzed information is used to make changes in improvement process and performance measures are used to determine whether changes result in desired outcomes.    Also includes an education element and is responsible for the coordination, planning and direction of all facility education and training programs.  Programs include but are not limited to, orientation and professional development consistent with the goals of the organization.
