We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to join our team for the 11-7 night shift. This leadership role is essential in ensuring high-quality care, smooth operations, and a supportive environment for both residents and staff during evening hours.

What You’ll Do

Provide clinical supervision and guidance to nursing staff on the 11-7 shift.
Ensure resident care is delivered in accordance with established policies, standards, and regulatory requirements.
Oversee staffing assignments, monitor workflow, and provide support where needed.
Address resident or family concerns promptly and professionally.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure continuity of care.
Document and communicate shift reports to maintain accurate resident records and ensure smooth transitions between shifts.
Serve as a role model and resource for nursing staff, promoting teamwork and a positive work culture.

What We’re Looking For

Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Pennsylvania.
Previous supervisory or charge nurse experience preferred (especially in long-term care/rehab settings).
Strong clinical and leadership skills with the ability to make decisions confidently.
Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
Compassionate, patient-focused, and committed to delivering quality care.
