SYNERGY HomeCare offers Certified Nursing Assistants and Home Health Aides:

Competitive pay between $19.00 - $22.00 per hour

Responsibilities:

Provide attention to clients’ non-medical needs, including companionship and social engagement
Assist clients with ADL's including bathing, dressing, grooming and mobility
Assist client with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders
Establish communication and a professional relationship with clients, family members, and co-workers
Provide reliable care by being punctual and consistently covering shifts

Qualifications:

Active Massachusetts CNA certification or HHA Certificate
Reliable, professional and committed to high-quality care
Experience in home care, assisted living, long-term care or hospital settings preferred
Strong communication skills and teamwork skills
Personal transportation highly desirable and preferred

Health and Compliance Requirements:

To ensure the safety of clients and staff, employment is contingent upon meeting all health and immunization requirements including:

TB Screening within the last 12 months or clearance screen
MMR Titer (measles, mumps, rubella)
Varicella Titer (chickenpox)
Tetanus
