Northbrook Behavioral Health Hospital is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Behavioral Health LPN to join our team! As a Behavioral Health LPN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our patients who are struggling with mental health and addiction issues. Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, taking vital signs, and performing other clinical tasks as needed
• Work closely with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Document patient information accurately and thoroughly
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including medication administration and treatment plans
• Provide emotional support and education

Requirements:

• LPN certification in the state of New Jersey REQUIRED
• 1 year of experience in a behavioral health setting - preferred
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
