What You’ll Do as a DON

As Director of Nursing, you will be the clinical leader and culture driver for your center.

You will:

Lead and mentor nursing teams with confidence and compassion
Drive quality outcomes, survey readiness, and regulatory compliance
Partner closely with the Administrator and Regional Clinical leadership
Own clinical systems: assessments, care planning, documentation, and audits
Support staff development, accountability, and retention
Ensure resident-centered care is delivered with excellence and dignity
