Position Summary

Allure Healthcare Services is seeking compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our skilled nursing team. The LPN provides direct nursing care to residents under the direction of the Registered Nurse and physician, ensuring care is delivered safely, respectfully, and in compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations.

Key Responsibilities

Provide direct nursing care in accordance with resident care plans
Administer medications and treatments as ordered
Monitor resident condition and promptly report changes to the RN or physician
Accurately document nursing care, treatments, and observations
Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to promote positive resident outcomes
Support resident dignity, comfort, and quality of life
Follow infection control, safety, and HIPAA standards
Participate in in-services and continuing education
Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Current, active LPN license in the State of Illinois
Ability to work scheduled shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Long-term care experience preferred but not required
