CareCore at Lakeridge is seeking a dedicated and clinically strong Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to support nursing leadership and help ensure high-quality resident care in our long-term care community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Director of Nursing in overseeing daily nursing operations

  • Support compliance with state and federal regulations

  • Provide clinical oversight, guidance, and support to nursing staff

  • Participate in staff education, training, and performance management

  • Assist with audits, quality assurance, and infection control initiatives

  • Promote a positive, resident-centered culture of care

Qualifications:

  • Active, unemcumbered Ohio LPN or RN license (required)

  • Long-Term Care experience (required)

  • Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred

  • Strong clinical skills and knowledge of regulatory standards

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
